Implementation of proven project management processes such as: coordination and procurement of permanent power, timely review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings, quality assurance and quality control, adherence to safety policies and procedures, cost control measures, and continuous review and status critical-path schedules to ensure a timely completion of project.
Final inspections and move-in coordination, development and execution of punch list, and systems training for facility managers, quick response and aggressive completion of any warranty item requests all of which will ensure complete satisfaction.
